How to Prevent Stress

Feelings of stress are often the enemy in the blanket. This feeling came to a sudden and often difficult to control. Especially when we have a lot of unfinished work in the office and at home. Stress can cause various diseases in the future, such as heart disease, high blood pressure and stroke. Like there's a saying, "umbrella ready before the rain" (LOL), it helps us avoid srtess in the following way.

1. Positive Thinking.
Remove the positive energy in yourself to always think positive and optimistic in the face of every problem. Realize that in every problem there must be a way out. Also don't be too hard on yourself. Know that every plan that has been made would not necessarily be achieved because of the obstruction. Be more flexible so you can better enjoy life.
2. Maintain health.
In a healthy body there is a healthy soul. So, keep your body's health with regular exercise, adequate sleep and eat nutritious balanced meals. If the body can stimulate the release of endorphine is the substance that makes the body feel good, so people who exercise regularly usually looks healthy and happy. Regular exercise should also be supported with diet and good rest.
3. Control your emotions.
The easiest way to control your emotions is to drink a lot of water when on the verge of anger. This water can calm your emotions and helps to think more clearly. Excessive emotions that don't need it can be a trigger stress. Be more patient and think more widely in order to understand any issues with clarity.
4. Short break.
Spend your bit for the rest. Use a good weekend and a maximum to pamper yourself and get out of their daily routine. Gather with family or friends can be the best way to create positive energy and a new spirit.
5. Being Open .
Don't buried your problem alone. Like there's a saying, "that's what friends are for". By sharing a story at least feels lighter and not continue to settle in the mind.
6. Increase sense of humor .
Clinically, humor can be used to relieve stress. Now this has appeared in Indonesaia therapy groups who do laugh therapy. Usually performed by a group of at least 5 people for 5 to 10 minutes. Humor needs to be done so that not too tense and nervous body get even a moment of relaxation.
